NTB on shareholder warrants

The Nations Trust Bank PLC (NTB) said its captioned warrants will cease to trade on February 22 as per the terms of the issue. The expiration date of the warrants is March 10, 2010 with the ‘exercise price at Rs.30 per ordinary share’.

The company said NTB will mail to the holders of 2010 Warrants registered in its books at the end of trading on 22nd February 2010 a detailed notice of exercise. Warrant holders are required to exercise their right to convert the Warrants to Ordinary Shares before March 10.
