A man staggers under a bale of fibre provided by the Hayleys
group of companies, a long-standing player in the export
of coconut fibre products, as part of efforts to revive
yarn-spinning and geo-textile manufacturing cottage industries
along the coastal belt that were badly affected by the tsunami.
