‘Buddha Puthra’ turns ‘Dharma Puthra’

'Buddha Puthra' the title of the first action movie made in Sri Lankan cinema directed by Louis Vandestratan had been changed with the intervention of the National Film Corporation.

The film produced by Nimal Sumanasekara was passed by the Pubic Performance Board but on the request of the NFC its title had been changed.
The film is to be released with its new title 'Dharma Puthra' on MPI circuit cinemas soon.

Vasantha Kumaravila, Anusha Dhamayanthi, Buddhika Rambukwella, Nimal Sumanasekara,, Dayananda Jayawardena, Raja Fernando, Vimal Jayakody, Janaki de Silva, Aravinda Irugalbandara and Hemantha Rathnakumara are in the cast.
