Channel News Asia of Singapore is primarily a news channel focusing mainly on Asian news. However it does also feature documentaries, lifestyle programming, health programming, current affairs and business news.

The channel broadcasts live 20 hours a day 7 days a week. Visuals with the latest news headlines are broadcast for the remaining four hours of the day. There are 2 television feeds, Channel News Asia Singapore and Channel News Asia International. The news and stock ticker tape is a permanent feature on Channel News Asia and is not removed even during commercials. This allows for uninterrupted viewing of breaking news and stock prices.
