I was so happy watching Derena's 3600 programmer recently and I was so touched when Ranjan Ramanayake spoke for the rights of the poor Sri Lankan housemaid in Middle East.

I felt he had courage and I feel it is high time we did some thing to rectify this pathetic situation.

In the first place we all should be ashamed of ourselves as a nation to be in a place to send our ladies as servants to other countries.. The irony of it is that we send house maids to Maldives too.

Mr. Ramanayake, there are many out there to support you. will communicate with you encourage you in your endeavor.
