JS School of cricket embarked on a 12-day tour during April school vacation. The Under-13 team was led by Royal schoolboy Chathura Rajapakse. The Under-15 team also by a Royalist Imran Khan. The dual contest against Imtiaz Ahamed Academy. Best of 3 match series JS School won both handsomely 2-1, to emerge champions. Besides on their return played two friendlies in Chennai.

Chathura Rajapakse. He scored a sparkling 113 (with 14 fours and 3 sixers). A consistent run-getter on this tour.
The under – 15 team led by Imran Khan did well to win the tie 2-1, after a keen contest. Hiran Meegahadeniya and Navod Gunasekara. Most outstanding players. While Kichmie Hewage and Aruna Udayanaga impressed with their bowling. On the whole the boys further improved their skill levels all round.
