Gouthami , the number one

This is in response to a letter which was published in the TV Times by a resident in Negombo where she maintains that 'Jivithey Lassanai' is far more interesting and enjoyable than other teledramas such as Gouthami.

I too am a resident of the same area, but with an opposite opinion. To me of the Tele-dramas aired on Swarnnavahini, Gouthami is number one, while Nilanjana is also eminently watchable.

To me her suggestion that the authorities stop the airing of these two dramas, just because she is of another opinion is utterly ridiculous. It amounts to someone suggesting to Swaranavahini to please air only Sankranthiya and close the station at all other times just because one does not like any other programme on the channel.
