‘SAARC Film Fest - 2007’ in December

Sri Lankan audienc will have the opportunity to experience great movies made in SAARC countries when Sri Lanka hosts SAARC Film Festival 2007 from December14-21 this year.

Movies from India, Bangaladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Sri Lanka will be screened during the festival organised by the National Film Corporation and the Ministry of Cultural Affairs in co-ordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The festival is to be held at the newly built cinema of the NFC premises and with the participation of Cultural Ministers of SAARC countries and film personalities of the films to be screened at the festival.
