Dreams

A dream is kind of like
someone's wish,
Something you want,
someone you miss.
A dream is a thing everyone has,
It's not the type of dreaming
you do in class.

Some people dream of having a chocolate world,
Some people wish their straight hair was curled.
Most humans wish they could take money from trees,
Some people wish they weren't stung by bees.

Some children wish
to have a puppy,
That's my dream, I'll get one
if I'm lucky.
Some children wish the world was made of ice-cream,
Well, that's an impossible,
crazy dream.

Some dreams may come true,
Some dreams, to fulfill
there's a lot to do.
Now get up you dreamy head,
You can dream
while you're in bed.
