By Marisa de Silva

Imagine for just one moment that you had a magic lamp. Just rub it and a genie would promptly appear and fulfill your every wish! Well, consumers don’t need to imagine anymore…G-nee (Pvt.) Ltd will provide consumers with any information needed, by linking directly to the relevant party or parties, depending on the need. Consumers can have access to any information they need, at any time of day, simply by dialing four digits!

“G-nee brings a fresh and innovative approach to an information database, acting as the central information provider to all customer needs. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of every customer/caller, by offering outstanding customer service in a matter of seconds. We hope to include all recognised products and services into our database, in order to meet with varied customer needs, and give customers the opportunity and choice to access a central pool of information,” explained Managing Director of G-nee, Deepak Ramnani.

Through this system, G-nee hopes to maintain and update information regarding vendors and their services/products, so that when requested, accurate information can be provided to the customer instantly, without any delay, he added. “We often find ourselves in a situation where we would like to contact a particular institution, organization or person, but have trouble knowing how to get in touch with them.

So, that’s where G-nee steps in. It is this very need that we plan to satisfy, and this niche market that we cater to. Customers will have access to all information they require, quite literally at their finger tips!
Suntel, the company’s first customer, tied up with G-nee to provide its customers with any information they required, be it a restaurant, closest fuel pump, number of a movie theatre or the likes. Suntel customers have to simply remember the Suntel number of 1433 which they can dial at any time of day.
