WISDOM TRAINER International launched its Singapore branch for its overseas operation. Singapore branch will be expanding its training services to neighboring countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Thailand, China, Japan, Brunei & Australia. Dr. Kuma Iddamallena, who is a Master Trainer of Mind Muscle Vibration Therapy (MMVT) & NLP and the pioneer training guru of Sri Lanka says;

Dr. Kuma Iddamallena, the Managing Director of WISDOM TRAINER International pioneered the Personality Training field & English Speech Training Workshop model in Sri Lanka 24 years ago. 2O years ago Sri Lanka was a very different country when you compare it with today's culture with the changing mind sets, behavioural patterns & living standards.
1989, when Dr. Kuma started his first mind power training program nobody would have even dreamt of that Personality Training would be such a fantastic, popular field as it is of today. Dr. Kuma who was then a lawyer suddenly converted himself to become a personality trainer having set a very special mission for himself & the country.
When Dr. Kuma originally introduced this field of personality training, not many people welcomed the idea because it was something new to our people and the country. Training of any nature at that time was not popular among both public and private sector organizations.
Some of the original works that Dr. Kuma did were resisted, rejected and criticized by some segments of the public at that time. He then organized public rallies in English in all the main cities of Sri Lanka as an awareness campaign to make personality training accepted in the eyes of the public of the country.
He also launched a massive publicity campaign using all media. After which, there was a sudden awakening in the field of training & development. Dr. Kuma introduced a number of innovative training topics such as Positive Thinking, Motivation, Confidence Building, Study Techniques, Memory Techniques, Attitude Change, English Speech Training Workshop Model, Leadership Transformation, Time & Space Management, etc.
One of his original programs titled "Super Change" captured the attention of public & private sector organizations & number of organizations conducted "Super Change" programs for their employees including the junior & senior management.
WISDOM TRAINER International has by now launched over 21 unique Personality & Leadership Training programs & established 6 Leadership Training Clubs for children & adults of various age categories. Kuma Iddamallena Leadership Academy & London English College (Pvt) Ltd. as subsidiaries, in the same way have immensely contributed towards introducing innovative & practical training models in this country. WISDOM TRAINER started its operations in Singapore specially for the purpose of serving the other countries in Asia.
