Posters of the contestants in the forthcoming Provincial Council election for the Western Province are appearing on the walls of the city of Colombo.
Photographs show the contestants grinning or serious.
Very soon, posters will start to appear on the walls of private and public buildings.
After the election, the taxpayers’ money will be spent to remove the posters.
Why should the tax payer living in either Dondra Head or Point Pedro have to pay to have these Western Province election advertisements and propaganda removed?
