Having conceded a first innings lead of 91, the Sylvestrians put up a much better show in their second innings to stall the Rajans and force a draw in their inter-school match played at the newly constructed Dharmaraja ground.
Medium pacie Nuwan Karunaratne had a match bag of 8 for 74 and Sanjay Kalubowila made 55 for the Rajans to put their team on course for a possible victory.
However Sylvestrian Nuwan Nilantha, who top scored in the second innings with 65, had other ideas and battled to save his side.
