Northumbria University launched a Law Degree programme in Sri Lanka with the partnership of BMS. BMS is the Northumbria University Regional Centre for Sri Lanka and Maldives, which organized an event at Trenchard House to mark the launch of LLB (Hons) and LLM programmes. It makes the legal studies affordable and accessible to Sri Lankan students. It was well attended with Senior Lawyers and Judges.
