Patient’s daughter goes missing at hospital

The daughter of a cardiology patient warded at the Colombo National hospital has gone missing, according to a complaint lodged with the Maradana Police.

The 25-year-old woman, identified as Sinappu Ajintha, had been by her mother’s side for the past five days. She has been missing since yesterday morning. The last time she was seen was when she went out for breakfast.

The family are registered residents of Alaveddi, Jaffna.
