It’s said to be the biggest and best New Year celebration to be held in the Paradise Island. Complete with the world’s finest DJs and smoking dance troupes, and a breath taking display of fireworks, this 31st night, Copacabana II will bring an atmosphere of scintillating glamour to our sandy shores of Mount Lavinia.
Hosting the evening will be UK’s number one RNB sensation, Nathan. The host, who is fast breaking into the US music scene, will be on stage counting down to the year and performing his hit singles as well as his new exclusive song “Caught Me Slippin” which will feature Hip Hop star Flo Rida.
What’s more, Nathan will be using clips of Copacabana II for the music video of his new song - all the more reason for you to make your way to Mount Beach this New Year’s Eve!
DJs for the evening will be Timmy Vegas (aka Soul Central) and Akon’s personal DJ, DMC champion, DJ Turbulence. Paris Hilton’s favourite DJ Timmy Vegas is the biggest house DJ and producer to perform live in Sri Lanka, while Turbulence is a Hollywood/ Miami DJ and will be the biggest RNB DJ to reach Sri Lanka.
Providing live entertainment will be dance troupes, VIP rooms St. Tropez who will be the hostesses, DJ charlotte Narni and The Narni Shakers from London and The Booty Cat Dolls from Athens.
Of course the night won’t be complete without a stunning display of fireworks to usher in 2010. So for a 31st night of glamour on the beach and which organisers, CosmicUK, promises to be the biggest new year celebration in Sri Lanka, make your way to the Mount Lavinia Hotel.
