An extravagant dance titled ‘Glamour’ will be the top attraction at the Mount Lavinia Hotel on 31 December at the Terrace.‘Glamour’ will come alive with Chandani’s C & C from 8.00pm and goes until dawn.
Popular Chandani’s C & C which performs at five star hotels, such as Taj Mix Bar, Cinnamon Lakeside and Mt. Lavinia Terrace, providing a variety of music ranging from country to alternative rock.
Tickets for the ‘Glamour’ are available at Mt. Lavinia hotel. The event would include musical entertainment and a whole lot more fun to welcome the dawn of 2010.
Everyone from kids to seniors will be able to participate in the ‘Glamour Night on the Terrace’ which includes Seafood and Oyster Bar, Carvery, Molecular delicacies, home made pasta stations, grand dessert buffet, home made pate and terrines, Japanese sushi bar, crab and cheese kottu at midnight, a chocolate display and till the wee hours of the morning a traditional Sri Lankan breakfast.
Guest artistes Jerome Speldewinde will be there to get the celebrations on a roll.
Meanwhile Mount Lavinia Hotel’s private Beach is counting down to the New Year as the hotel is ready to star in the many programmes. A major public celebration on New Year’s Eve on the Paradise beach at the Mount Lavinia Hotel will be ‘Copacabana II goes Glam on the Beach’ with foreign artistes in the categories of dancing and DJing and JCs Beach Blast more towards the Tropical Hut.
