The American Chamber of Commerce Sri Lanka (AmCham) hosted its first ‘Networking Happy Hour’ with 60 members and guests from the business community with U.S. Ambassador Patricia Butenis, Deputy Chief of Mission Valerie Fowler, and other U.S. Embassy officials joined the event at the Colombo Hilton. In addition to socializing with other business people, guests enjoyed American food and various games, chamber officials said.
AmCham is a non-profit association founded in 1992, bringing together more than 270 leading Sri Lankan and American companies based in Sri Lanka engaged in trade, business and investment activities between Sri Lanka and the United States of America. |
