HSBC this week said it has joined with Keells supermarkets to offer instant cash disbursement services exclusively for HSBCAdvance customers.
HSBCAdvance customers will be able to collect cash personally or nominate a third party for cash collection at any Keells supermarket, located island-wide, the bank said.
“In order to originate a transaction, customers can contact HSBC’s 24hour call centre and instruct the bank on the details of the person collecting cash at a designated Keells supermarket. Cash will then be ready within 30 minutes for collection at the designated location,” it said.
HSBCAdvance was launched in February this year as the latest global personal banking proposition offering a range of international services, day-to-day convenient banking facilities and many other benefits, to help customers gain better control of their future. The product to date has reached over 2,000 customers and continues to grow its market share in Sri Lanka. |
