The AGM of the Skal Club of Colombo was held recently, at the Cinnamon Grand Hotel, Colombo.
The new President of Skal International Colombo is Shamali Devaz, Managing Director of Silver Line Tours (Pvt) Ltd who is also the Vice Chairperson at the Sri Lanka chapter of the Pacific Asia Travel Agents Association (PATA). Keethi Jayaweera - Jt. Managing Director of Aitkenspence Aviation was elected as Vice President, Zahara Muftii Managing Director, Tallmann Tours as Secretary and T.M.F Packeer CEO/Managing Director of Asian Exotica as Assistant Secretary.
Shibani Thambiayah, Director / General Manager of Renuaka Hotels is the Treasurer and Sanjeeva Jayatileke, Manager, Product Development Commercial of s SriLankan Airlines took over as the Public Relations officer. Wg.Cdr. Noel Fernando immediate past president, Sega Nagendra Chairman Travelserv Ltd and Bernard Wijetunga, General Manager, Gabo Travels were elected as committee members.
