There is also home- made pasta such as fettuccine , ravioli stuffed with freshest ingredients, mouth watering lasagna and other traditional Italian dishes. Gnocchi (dumplings), a firm Italian favourite and Tagliata alla Grillia, veal grilled in olive oil and served with grilled vegetables, Polpettine, home- made meat balls and Spaghetti Amatriciana are some of the other favourite dishes that give a taste of authentic Italian cuisine. |
