Hiran Cooray

Hiran Cooray, Chairman of the Jetwing Group of Companies, is to be installed as Chairman of the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) on April 24 at the association’s annual sessions in Sarawak in East Malaysia, industry officials said.

Mr Cooray, earlier Vice Chairman of the group, is the first Sri Lankan to be appointed to head Asia’s biggest and most prestigious travel trade body.
