Harvard School don in effective seminar presentation

Mantra Holdings (Pvt) Ltd recently offered to Sri Lankan professionals an opportunity to build individual and institutional success by organizing a seminar conducted by Prof Dehashis Chatterjee, Harvard School of Business ,in Colombo.

Leslie Rajkumar, CEO/MD, Mantra Holdings, told the Business Times that their company operates as professionals in organizational effectiveness and provided all professionals in Sri Lanka, an unique opportunity through the above workshop by Prof Chatterjee. The seminar meant for Corporate Leaders, Executives, Independent Entrepreneurs and other Professionals was well attended.

The day-long programme was based on ‘Expertise to Excellence’ in the pursuit of professionalism and Prof Chatterjee elaborated on the areas of solving most persistent problems; transformation of persons; enhancing personal and professional productivity; mindset to leapfrog from expertise to excellence; achieving peak performances; to make crucial connections and silence as the currency of communication.

Mr Rajkumar said that for an organization to succeed in this dynamic world, it has to make investment in assets which make the company what it is – its’ people. He said “Our mission is to make this investment worthwhile. We pursue this mission by helping our Corporate Partners bridge the gap that often exists between business strategy and people capabilities thereby enhancing the overall performance of the organization.”
