Aney Is It True with Nam

Cricket fever

Cricket fever has caught on with a vengeance. The man who holds the reins of the team has bought heaps of tickets and given them to travel firms for sale at a higher price.

Yet this was not only for foreigners, but the sale was also for locals who wanted to pay anything for the crucial matches.

The same person is also accused of doing some jugglery with the corporate enclosures and given most of them to his kith and kin.

The colour of the skin counts

At that crucial match, the anti-doping unit was very active at a recent top level game. However, only players from a particular side came under their scrutiny while the other side was not even summoned. We wonder whether it has something to with the colour of the skin! They say a batsman and a bowler were checked, but they came out with a clean slate.

Letter heads and school games

Letter heads are meant for those who are involved in the said institution. There is a tale of these letterheads being used by schoolboys to fax their school cricket scores. The receivers of these ‘news’ are wondering how on earth these school lads are using these sacred letter heads to keep those interested in school big games about scores.

Another World Cup

Cricket World Cup is not the only thing that is talk of the town these days. Another World Cup is scheduled to be held in Singapore shortly and the team to represent the nation was selected recently. However after the big man gave the blessings to the team no one can interfere with it.

However it so happened that the big man himself called the team to be scrapped! This has never happened in the annals of the game before, especially after the big man had said ‘yes’. Now comes the change. We wonder why?

Dark glasses and harm

Big guns met recently to discuss what steps should be taken after the big event that is on now. It is said that the present guy sporting dark glasses had done more harm than good for the sport and that a change will be good for the sport as well as those who are involved in it.

Disappointed Schwarzenegger

The Schwarzenegger type is a disappointed man. He had put in an application to visit a certain country to take part in a certain He Man Contest.

However the permission was not given because his entourage had put in their cases before him and the man concerned lost his chance to take part in the event. Now, it is in the air, that those who were hoping to accompany the man concerned is ready to sling mud at him to the extent that he will never be able to visit the said country.

2018 already on the air

2018 is going to be a big year for the island because a great sporting event is set to take place at that time. Now a certain individual is going about distributing trophies for the said event. It is said that this keen and interested youngster has a trick up his sleeve which is a local poll which is due to take place shortly. Could this be true?
