Chef Mahesh C Jayamuni started his Culinary Journey when he was just 18 years at his home town in Beruwala as a trainee kitchen apprentice.
Even at his early stages of career he showd his talelents.he was of a member of the regional runners up (down south) in 1993 winning 3 gold medals.
Again he shows his talents in the republic of maldives by winning the most outstanding chef award grabbing 3 gold medals in 1997.
At culinary art copetition in year 2001 as achef he drew his team to win runners up- in all island.
In year 2003 once again was a chef in all island runners up team.
After short break in middle east he joined this picturescue hotel in kandy to achiew a nother milestone in his carrer.
Commitment, dedication and past unic expierience led him to achiew this glittering trophy.
