Eight-year-old Manzil bags U-10 Tibhar TT title

Eight-year-old Abdullah Manzil of Trinity College Kandy won the Boys Under 10 title at the All Island Intermediate and Novices Table Tennis Championships held at the S. Thomas College Gymnasium over the weekend. This event was conducted by Tibhar Sports Club for the 7th Consecutive year.

This young paddler displayed some masterful strokes, despite his tender age and showed that he is sure to be a player to be reckoned with in the near future. In this event more than 150 players participated.
