Australia-based Oceanbiz leadership Institute’s recently held its inaugural workshop in Sri Lanka titled ‘Leadership of your Career’ conducted by Vijay Watson, CEO of Oceanbiz.
The workshop was aimed at providing managers with insights into time trusted methods of personal development, while providing attendees with knowledge on how to progress their careers in to the next level through effective leadership.
Proceeds from the session were donated to the Biodiversity and Elephant Conservation Trust. “This generous donation will be used to fund the school awareness program for rural schools,” said Trustee Jayantha Jayewardene in a press release. Mr Watson, who was the founding Managing Director of Mobitel, is the founder of OceanBiz Leadership Institute based in Australia. |
