The MCA Tournament Committee has called entries from their affiliates for the popular MCA Open Six-a-side hardball Cricket Tournament 2012, is scheduled to be held on Saturday, June 31 and Sunday, July 1. Depending on the entries received.
The tournament will be conducted simultaneously at 03 venues, including the MCA grounds on the first day and will be continued from the quarterfinals onwards at the MCA grounds on the second day. Unichela are the defending champions. The MCA Tournament Committee has decided to revive the Women’s Softball Sixes after several years, to be held along side with the men’s tournament only on Sunday, July 1 at the D.S. Senanayake College Grounds. Entries for both tournaments close on 15th June 2012.
