Over four evenings, The London Grill will transform into a stage for taste and creativity, offering diners an immersive culinary experience complemented by the restaurant’s timeless ambience. Guests will also have the opportunity to interact with Chef Blaser during the series, gaining insight into his inspirations, techniques, and his vision of bringing world-class gastronomy to Colombo.
Drawing inspiration from his Swiss heritage and international culinary journey, Chef Blaser has crafted a menu that celebrates elegance and innovation. Diners can look forward to signature creations such as dry-aged chicken breast on celery salad, salmon and mango tartare on cucumber, dry aged rib eye steak with chimichurri, poached fish fillet on spinach, and two-tone chocolate mousse, each plate representing a perfect harmony of global flavours and local inspiration.
Paired with an exquisite selection of fine vineyard specialties and served in the intimate ambience of The London Grill, every dish promises to elevate Colombo’s fine dining scene to new heights.
“This dining series is a continuation of our 50th anniversary celebrations,” said Nazoomi Azhar, General Manager of Cinnamon Grand Colombo. “Collaborations with international chefs like Chef Blaser reflect our ongoing commitment to innovation, diversity, and delivering exceptional dining experiences that resonate with our guests.
