AIA Insurance has designed a tailor-made pension scheme specially offered to the Senior Management and Employees of Projar Lanka Pvt Ltd.
Designed to secure a decent retirement income for the employees and their families, AIA’s specially-crafted pensions solutions provide a Life Insurance Cover with an Accident Death Benefit, Hospitalisation Benefit (Per Day) and Critical Illness Benefit along with a Pension Fund, AIA said in a media release.
Speaking at the policy handing-over ceremony AIA’s Agency Director Chanaka Liyanage commented “AIA Sri Lanka is always looking at providing solutions to corporates and their employees with living benefits such as hospitalisation through health covers and peaceful retirement through pension schemes. And in the event of an unfortunate situation to the main policyholder, these solutions would be a real strength and support to the beneficiary or immediate family. Our job is therefore to help corporates provide the best savings options and protection for their employees.”
Director of Projar Lanka Pvt Ltd Eduard Rybin said that as a progressive company they are concerned about the financial security and wellbeing of their employees, especially after they retire and no longer have a steady monthly salary coming in.
“We are delighted to have one of the country’s leading insurers, AIA, helping us to ensure that they have a stable source of income and savings in their golden years. We are also working together with AIA to educate our staff on the need for long term savings and welcome AIA’s specially designed solutions for our employees in offering them a tangible security net for their futures,” he said.
