We joyfully celebrated our annual Christmas Cake Mixing Ceremony, marking the start of the festive season! This beloved tradition involves mixing a variety of ingredients like dried fruAnnual Christmas café Mixing Ceremony 2024its, nuts, and spices with rich rum, brandy, and wine, which will later be used to bake our delicious Christmas cakes. The ceremony symbolizes togetherness, prosperity, and the spirit of the holidays.
This year, we were delighted to have our guests from Germany join us, along with our management team and associates. Each guest received a special souvenir from the hotel as a token of our appreciation. The event was filled with laughter, camaraderie, and the delightful aroma of festive ingredients. After the ceremony, everyone enjoyed snacks and refreshments, making the event even more memorable.
