The Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE) has approved, an application submitted by Chrissworld Ltd, for the listing of its Ordinary Voting Shares by way of an offer for subscription on the Empower Board of the CSE.
“The company will be offering for Subscription of Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand (7,500,000) Ordinary Voting Shares at Rs.7.50 per share to raise a total sum of Sri Lankan Rs. 56.25 million. Initial Public Offering (IPO) is due to be opened on 27th April of 2021,” the CSE said in an announcement on Monday. The Empower Board of the CSE aims to encourage SME’s to raise capital through the stock market.
