A consignment of custom packed Ceylon Tea Gift Boxes produced by George Steuarts Teas was handed over to President Gotabaya Rajapaksa at the Presidential Secretariat recently. These Ceylon Tea gift packs will be used as a complementary item to be given to all VIP dignitaries. Each gift box was hand-made specially using Mahogany wood, brass lazer engraved designs including the presidents flag while the inside finishing was done using velvet and filled with a range of Ceylon Tea Flavours in Alu Foil Envelopes, the company said in a media release.
Established in 1835 by brothers James and George Steuart, George Steuart & Company is today the oldest mercantile establishment in Sri Lanka.
