LOLC General Insurance Limited (LOLC GI), one of the fastest-growing General Insurance companies in Sri Lanka, recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Body Shop by Access Motors. Access Motors (Pvt) Ltd, sole agent of Jaguar and Land Rover (JLR) in Sri Lanka.
The prime aim of this strategic tie-up is to provide a superior level of service to JLR customers of Access Motors. The MOU was signed by LOLC General Insurance Ltd. Chief Executive Officer Kithsiri Gunawardana and Access Motors, Customer Service Director Grahame Leitch. Senior management officials of both organisations were also present during the occasion, the company said in a media release.
Under this new arrangement, if a LOLC General Insurance customer has obtained a comprehensive insurance for their Land Rover or a Jaguar, the company will pay in full for body repairs carried out at Access Motors. Once the accident repair is complete, Access Motors will carry out an interior cleaning, defect scanning and car wash at absolutely no charge. In addition, customers are offered a hassle-free settlement of the claim to Access Motors.
Furthermore, through this partnership, LOLC Insurance policyholders who are JLR customers of Access Motors are now able to enjoy a variety of benefits ranging from free 24-hour breakdown service within Colombo city limits, free vehicle health checks to vehicle grooming at discounted rates subjected to availability.

LOLC General Insurance policyholders who own Jaguar and Land Rover Vehicles and are customers of Access Motors will be provided services through Access Motors’ state of art body shop located at Boralesgamuwa.
