MiHCM, a leading provider of human capital management (HCM) solutions, has announced the appointment of Pubudini Abeyesekera as General Manager of Business Operations for Sri Lanka & Maldives.
In this role, Ms. Abeyesekera will be responsible for leading the company’s South Asian business operations, including sales, marketing and customer success, a company media release said.

Ms. Abeyesekera brings over five years of experience in the ICT industry to MiHCM. She previously served as Head of Business Development at Veracity AI (Veracity Group), and has also held leadership positions at Third Space Global and Creately. Her experience and exposure spans Education, Tech & Start-ups, Real Estate, Airlines, Banking & Hospitality in UAE, Thailand and Sri Lanka.
