NDB Bank has joined hands with Musaeus College as the Official Banking Partner for their annual Musaeus College Walk 2024, held on Saturday, June 29th, to celebrate 90 glorious years of the Musaeus College Past Pupils’ Association (MCPPA).
This event, themed "STRONGER TOGETHER," and the bank’s partnership with this is a testament to NDB Bank’s ongoing commitment to empowering youth and investing in the future of the nation, the bank said in a media release.
The walk commenced at 7:30 am from Musaeus College, with over 7000 participants including the college management, faculty, students, past pupils, parents, and well-wishers. The vibrant pageant paraded through the city, and concluded with a lively carnival at the Thurstan Grounds, featuring musical shows, trade stalls, games, and other delightful attractions. This carnival extravaganza provided a platform for fun and engagement, fostering a sense of unity and celebration among attendees.
As the Official Banking partner for the event, the proceeds from the walk and carnival was directed in support of critical educational projects as well as expanding the pool of students eligible for scholarships, particularly in light of current economic challenges. By sponsoring this event, NDB Bank reinforces its dedication to develop the country’s education sector and thereby create opportunities for the next generation.
