NDB Bank won a Gold Award at the recent SLITAD People Development Awards 2023/2024. The Sri Lanka Institute of Training and Development (SLITAD) launched the 5th edition of the prestigious People Development Awards for the year 2023/2024 to recognise organisations that exemplify excellence in people development. These awards highlight entities that strategically invest in holistic human resources development (HRD) initiatives, aligning themselves with global and regional best practices, NDB said in a media release.
