Sanasa General Insurance, a leading insurance service provider in the country, had organised ice-cream dansels in 29 different locations across the country on the Poson Poya Day, sharing the spirit of giving and community. The company had organised dansels in Anuradhapura, Thambuttegama, Polgahawela, Kegalle, Kandy, Dambulla, Kurunegala, Kuliyapitiya, Wennappuwa, Nikaweratiya, Polpithigama, Polonnaruwa, Pilimathalawa, Wariyapola, Kaduwela, Gampaha, Homagama, Horana, Panadura, Kalutara, Matara, Embilipitiya, Walasmulla, Ambalantota, Sooriyawewa, Badulla, Ruwanwella, Kekirawa, and Sanasa General Insurance Head Office in Colombo. Staff members from each branch, along with volunteers from local communities, came together to distribute ice cream at dansels throughout the day.
