Cabinet Secretary Sumith appointed acting President’s Secretary
Cabinet Secretary Sumith Abeysinghe has been appointed by President Maithripala Sirisena to act as Secretary to the President with effect from November 4 until the return of President’s Secretary Austin Fernando from an overseas trip.
