Ceylinco General Insurance said last week that it will continue to provide all essential services to its valued customers without any interruption. Arrangements have been made to pay claims online and the money credited to customers account via online transfers.
Also, the company announced, in a media release, that several measures with payment options are available which can be used according to the convenience of customers.
To renew a policy or to obtain a new policy, customers can visit www.ceylinco-insurance.com and use the payment gateway to make online payments. Also, online transfers can be sent to Account Number 030032375727001 of Seylan Bank, Colombo Fort Branch. Payments can be made through eZcash or mCash by dialing #111# and thereafter following the instructions.
In support of the efforts taken to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, the management of Ceylinco General Insurance donated two units of the German-made ICU ventilators at a cost of Rs. 5.9 million to the National Hospital, Colombo. “Ceylinco General Insurance also requests each and every individual to do their utmost as responsible citizens in helping authorities tackle the situation,” it said.
