The week started on a slow note for the Colombo bourse on Monday with both indices losing value by midday with analysts saying this is a one month low. By 12 noon, the benchmark ASPI was down 0.48 per cent to stand at 6,840.78 with S&P SL20 dipping below the 4,000 level to stand at 3,868.10 shedding 0.85 per cent on a Rs 146.3 million turnover. Foreign investors were on the selling side recording net foreign outflows on all five consecutive days of last week and analysts predicted that they may lose interest this week as well.
