INSEE Ecocycle signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Lions Clubs International Multiple District 306 recently to facilitate a series of environmental and waste management -related awareness sessions for small and medium enterprises.

The MOU was signed in the presence of Mahinda Amaraweera, Minister of Environment and senior officials of the Ministry of Mahaweli Development and Environment.
Ajith Gallage, the owner of a Bird Park in Nagarawawa, Hambantota, has been remanded over allegations of concealing illegally imported motorcycles, in a warehouse owned by him.
