Shareholders of Nestle Lanka were informed on Tuesday that the AGM and EGM (Extraordinary GM) scheduled for Wednesday May 8 has been rescheduled for June 10 at 10 am-11 am at the BMICH.
The company in a communique to the Colombo Stock Exchange said the postponement and new date was owing to the prevailing security situation in the country. - ENDS -
