New director at Bank of Ceylon

Mohan Wijesinghe has been appointed as a non-executive director of the Bank of Ceylon with effect from November 24.
His appointment by the Ministry of Public Enterprise Development, under whose aegis the bank functions, was announced to the Colombo Stock Exchange on Friday. Details of Mr. Wijesinghe's background and expertise were not immediately available. - ENDS -
