New office space has been opened on two floors at “The Executive Centre” (TEC) of the World Trade Centre (WTC) in Colombo.
At the launch, Paul Salnilow, CEO, TEC indicated that by giving a high standard of space the client feels comfortable to work. TEC’s objective is to give their clients that multinational level corporate experience.
TEC is a company that was founded by Mr. Salnilow in 1994 in Hong Kong. It now has network of over 100 centres across 28 cities in the world, in best locations in all central business districts.
Their main business is to offer clients ‘a full office solution’. By that the hassle of constructing buildings, finding office staff and other services could be avoided. TEC provides major products like on-demand serviced offices; virtual offices; meeting facilities; video conferencing and a broad range of business concierge services.
Mr. Salnilow said that the company’s mission is to serve the way businesses and business professionals succeed, connect and thrive through high –end service, seamlessly operated work spaces, unparalleled insights from a global member network and experiences that elevate corporate culture.
He said that TEC is not just a traditional office service, but a space that facilitates connection, personal growth and professional achievements for its members.
The TEC, WTC Colombo Centre, covers level 35 and level 37 with a space of 15,000 sq ft made up of 250 work stations, and is open for professionals and industry leaders who are looking for office space.
The TEC Centre opened with 70 per cent occupancy and they hope that it would be fully occupied by the end of this year. TEC hopes to open a similar centre in Sri Lanka within the next 18 months and another within 36 months with plans for 500 premium and world class work stations by 2020. (QP)
