A powerful official of the former Sri Lankan regime is likely to be arrested tomorrow (Wednesday), informed sources said on Tuesday night.
They said the former official is expected to be summoned for a police inquiry into alleged crimes committed during the reign of President Mahinda Rajapaksa, thereafter produced in court and a detention order sought.
