Ranel T. Wijesinha has resigned as a board director at the Bank of Ceylon with effect from August 1 after his term expired, the bank said in an announcement.
Mr. Wijesinha was recently appointed chairman of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
The bank said H.P. Ajith Gunawardane ceased to be a director of the board effective July 20. - ENDS -
