SL names advisor for sale of Hilton, Grand Hyatt shares

Lazard Asia Ltd of Singapore in association with MTI Consulting has been selected as the international transaction advisor for the sale of government ownership in Hilton and Grand Hyatt Hotels.
In an announcement, the Ministry of National Policies and Economic Affairs said this recommendation was made by the Cabinet Appointed Consultant Procurement Committee.
Earlier a Request for Proposals was called for to act as adviser to seek suitable investors for the purchase of Government stakes in Hilton Colombo and Grand Hyatt Colombo. - ENDS -
