Senator Chito Gascon from the Philippines will deliver the Dudley Senanayake Memorial Oration in July this year on the invitation of the Dudley Senanayake Foundation and the Friedrich Naumann Stiftung.

Senator Gascon is a lawyer, civil activist and Chairman of the Human Rights Commission, widely respected in his country and internationally.
