12 schools to re-open for third terms on Sept 16
Twelve schools will re-open for the third term on September 16 as the schools are being used as paper marking centres, the Education Ministry said.
All other state schools and state-approved private schools will re-open on September 02, the Ministry added.
The 12 schools which will re-open on September 16 are as follows :
- Royal College - Colombo 07
- Nalanda College - Colombo 10
- Hindu College - Colombo 04
- Gnanodaya Maha Vidyalaya – Kalutara
- Mihindu Vidyalaya - Ratnapura
- St. Anne's College - Kurunegala
- Kingswood College - Kandy
- Viharamahadevi Balika Maha Vidyalaya - Kandy
- Seethadevi Balika Vidyalaya - Kandy
- Vidyaloka Vidyalaya - Galle
- Viharamahadevi Balika Vidyalaya - Badulla
- Uva Central College - Badulla
